    Job Description
    Responsible for various technology and information system duties including maintaining hardware, software, and peripheral devices.  Responsible for providing individual and group technical assistance and training in all areas of technology including hardware, software, and the use of peripherals.  Responsible for technology project research, planning, and implementation for specific departments.  Assists with Agency wide technology projects.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Oversee specific technology project management evaluation, research, planning, and implementation
    • Assist Information Systems Technology team with Agency-wide technology projects
    • Manage the deployment, maintenance and repair, support, and upgrade of databases and in-house software packages including front-end graphical programming
    • Write, troubleshoot, and revise code in Visual Basic, SQL server, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and .NET framework
    • Development of software solutions for Agency departments as they are identified
    • Manage, revise, and implement changes to custom applications built for Transit’s volunteer program
    • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
    • Design and conduct individual or group staff technology training and workshops
    • Work with Technology Team to manage and administer website design
    • Participate in various advisory and Agency technology committees
    • Remain current with emerging technology
    • Associate degree in Computer Science or a commensurate combination of education and experience
    • Minimum two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Microsoft Office Professional products
    • Must have a strong understanding of relational databases
    • Ability to work with and troubleshoot TCP/IP, ethernet, and Wi-Fi networking
    • Familiarity with computer hardware components and drivers
