Leadership Program

Leadership Development Program

Our goal is to build a strong network of leaders through a well-designed program that encourages active engagement in Chamber initiatives and community projects.

The Chamber has proudly graduated 25 leadership classes, representing more than 700 participants. The program consists of five half-day sessions once a month, focusing on community leadership as well as personal and professional development. Participants graduate in May better prepared to take on the responsibilities of community involvement and professional leadership.

Each year, a new class is enrolled in this highly acclaimed program. It is designed to be both impactful and affordable for most participants.

Registration is open from October through January. Classes begin in January and continue through May. Enrollment is limited and the program typically fills quickly, so early application is encouraged.
