The Hibbing Area Chamber Leadership Program is an outstanding educational experience for emerging businesses and community leaders to grow personally and professionally. The Leadership Program delivers:

-Engaging trainers & facilitators
-Exploration of current issues with community & business leaders
-An opportunity for information & education on a wide range of topics
-Skill building in problem-solving teamwork, & goal setting

Participant tuition includes all program fees, program supplies, and meals/snacks. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to/from all classes. Exciting news for the 2026 Program...back by popular demand, the Leadership participants will get a trip to the State Capital this Spring! They will also be treated to a formal plated dinner at the Graduation program in May where their employer and a guest may accompany them!
